I keep on getting validation errors on the pages that cotain nifty box tables. There are quite a few errors on my page please see an example of one below:

The mentioned element is not allowed to appear in the context in which you've placed it; the other mentioned elements are the only ones that are both allowed there and can contain the element mentioned. This might mean that you need a containing element, or possibly that you've forgotten to close a previous element.

I'm not sure if it's something we're doing wrong, but it seems to come up on the pages with nifty boxes only, I'm using the standard Joomla editor and we're on version 1.5 with legacy enabled.
Any suggestions?
