The following restrictions are imposed as terms of our web hosting service. Accounts that are found to have or promote any of the following material will be terminated without prior notification and without compensation for loss of sales or for hosting costs that have already been paid. No refunds will be issued for these accounts.
There materials are not allowed to be hosted in Baby Gekko’s server:

• Any materials deemed illegal under Texas law.
• Any hatred promoting materials, including but not limited to racism, religious extremism, etc.
• High Yield Investment Program, MLM, and Pyramid schemes
• Computer hacking, phreaking, and virus creation information and links to sites containing such material.
• Obscene, violent, or pornographic materials and links to sites containing such material (including banners).
• Pirated software and links to sites containing such material.
• Materials in violation of copyright laws (e.g.: illegally copied MP3 files)

Limitations of Service
While we take every precaution to ensure hosting account and service stability, the Account holder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Baby Gekko for any and all liability and/or claim arising from the malfunction of hosting services, including, but not limited to, any errors, omissions, interruptions, power failures, computer viruses, data damage, deletion of files, delays in operation, delays or failures of transmission, or any other failure of performance, including human error.

Liability
Any and all material within an Account is the property and sole responsibility of the Account holder. Baby Gekko shall neither be held responsible nor liable for any illegal or inappropriate content contained within the Account holder's website. We reserve the right to revise these policies as necessary without prior notifications to account holders.
