Baby Gekko does not tolerate any form of spamming by any of its web hosting customers. This prohibition of spam includes sending unsolicited mass mailings from another service, which in any way implicates the use of Baby Gekko’s services whether or not the message actually originated from our network.

Any of the following actions means violation of our Zero Tolerance for Spam Policy:

• Sending unsolicited bulk e-mails using our SMTP server
• Sending unsolicited bulk e-mails using other server(s) but with reply-to or from field in e-mail header referring to an e-mail address originating from your site, or with the content of the spam advertising your site.
• Posting unsolicited messages in Usenet, blog, or discussion forum advertising your site.
• Any kinds of phishing and/or counterfeit e-mail is NOT allowed. This results in IMMEDIATE DISCONNECTION WITHOUT ANY WARNING!

Note that since Baby Gekko’s server is located is in Texas, USA, the State and Federal law may apply to Baby Gekko’s members. Sending spam and/or counterfeit e-mail, may result in civil and criminal penalties against the sender under the US regulations.

We will first warn you via e-mail and phone. The second time, we will block outgoing e-mail from your site. Repeated violation of this Zero Tolerance for Spam Policy will result in termination of your service with no re-activation. No refund is available for those whose service has been terminated.

We reserve the rights to take all legal and technical steps available to prevent unsolicited bulk e-mail or other unauthorized e-mail from being sent from or transmitted through our network.
