If you get this error when trying to send an email:

The server responded: 503 valid RCPT command must precede DATA

This error occurs because our mail server needs you to authenticate yourself before sending an e-mail. If you check your e-mail within 10 minutes prior to sending an e-mail, it will be automatically authenticated.
