Gekko Web Builder License Agreement

What you CAN DO:

• Use Gekko Web Builder to create any kind of commercial or non-commercial website anywhere in the world.
• Create application/block/autobot/template within Gekko Web Builder framework and charge it to your client(s).
• You are allowed to charge your client(s) for installation, support, application/block/autobot/template creation.
• You are allowed to create commercial or non-commercial or open source application/block/autobot/template within Gekko Web Builder framework.
• Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of this License, and with it, your rights to use Gekko Web Builder.

What you CANNOT DO:

• You are not allowed to sell this content management on its own. If you want to make money from this software, you may charge for hosting, template creation, application/block/autobot development, setup fee, but you are not allowed to sell this software to anyone.
• You are not allowed to remove the link to Baby Gekko's website from the Administration template.
• You are not allowed to alter/remove the copyright or logo. Please appreciate the amount of hours that we put in to make this work. The copyright and link to Baby Gekko's website in the administration template and all source code files have to be left intact.
• You are not allowed to rebrand this software as something else a.k.a plagiarism. You may not rebrand Gekko Web Builder or any of its derivative unless you have requested and paid for a special license.

By using this sofware, you are agreeing to the following statement:

1. All copyright notices in the source files and output generated by Gekko Web Builder have to be left intact without any change/modification, unless you have requested the permission and paid for the license.
2. Any distribution of this software and its derivative has to include this license.
3. Baby Gekko reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time. Changes to this license can be found at http://www.babygekko.com/site/html/gekko_web_builder/license.html.
4. Gekko Web Builder is provided "as is" and without any warranty. Any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall the authors be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising in any way out of the use or misuse of this package.
5. Baby Gekko IT Consulting is not responsible for any damage/data lost caused by this software.
