We have 2 servers located at Dallas, Texas and San Jose, California. *Update: 1 more server coming up in August 2007. All of our servers run Red Hat Enterprise Linux. The network connection is very reliable as our network provider uses high-speed OC48 (Optical Carriers @ 2.488Gbps). Our facilities ares equipped with UPS and generators to ensure the service uptime. The network operation center is continuously monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is secured with access card and biometric. With access to servers from the monitor room, technical support and administration personnel continually monitor systems, answer customer questions online and on the telephone and troubleshoot any problems.
